Executive Chinese Chef Wong Man heads Dynasty 8, the signature restaurant at Conrad Macao, Sands Cotai Central. Wong has almost four decades of professional culinary experience, most recently serving as Executive Chef at the highly-regarded and two-Michelin-star Tim's Kitchen in Hong Kong. In addition to having led some of the best dining spots in Hong Kong, demand for his skills has taken him to restaurants in Japan, Indonesia and Singapore. Under his direction as Head Chef, the Crystal Jade group in Singapore was named All-time Favourite Restaurant in 2007 by I-S magazine's Readers' Choice Awards, and AsiaOne Peoples' Choice 2009 listed Crystal Jade Golden Palace top in the Chinese restaurant category.
